InsightFlow functions as a dedicated analytics consulting company delivering the following service types:

• Product intelligence systems (conversion funnel evaluation, user retention tracking)
• Marketing analytics solutions (advertising campaign analysis, ROI assessment)
• Business Intelligence systems (Power BI and Tableau data visualization platforms)
• Data-driven marketing consulting services
• Analytics system implementation and continuous technical assistance

To utilize specific service features, you must establish an account by submitting accurate and up-to-date information. You bear responsibility for:

• Preserving the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All actions and transactions conducted through your account
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized account access or usage
• Maintaining current and accurate contact details

You commit to utilizing the platform exclusively for lawful business and professional purposes. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Employing the platform for unlawful or deceptive practices
• Distributing copyrighted materials without authorization
• Disrupting or compromising platform functionality
• Unauthorized attempts to access other users' accounts
• Introducing malicious software or harmful code
• Utilizing automated tools or scripts without explicit permission

When submitting content to our platform, you retain your copyright but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, software, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them. Payments are non-refundable except in specific cases set forth in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.

In no event shall InsightFlow be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our analytics services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription or project fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
